What counts as a message

Every plan includes a monthly number of messages. A reminder sent is one message, whether it goes out via SMS or WhatsApp.

Whether it is sent via SMS or WhatsApp, each delivery uses one message from your monthly allowance. The counter resets at every renewal.

WhatsApp: add-on or included

On Basic and Professional, WhatsApp is an add-on (+€7 and +€10 per month). On Enterprise it is included, with the WhatsApp Business API and your own number.

Change plan whenever you like

Start on Basic and move up to Professional or Enterprise when you need more messages. No multi-year lock-in: billing is monthly, with 10% off quarterly and 16% off yearly.

Pricing questions

Is there a yearly plan?
Yes. Every plan can be paid monthly, quarterly or yearly. Quarterly billing is 10% cheaper and yearly billing 16% cheaper than monthly. Pick the period from the selector at the top of this page.
Do prices include VAT?
No, all prices shown exclude VAT. Applicable VAT is added on the invoice.
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. The 30-day trial only needs your email and asks for no payment method. When it ends, features are paused until you choose a plan: there is no surprise charge.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, at any time. There is no minimum term: upgrade when you need more messages or cancel from the dashboard. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded.
Is WhatsApp included in the price?
On Enterprise it is, with the WhatsApp Business API and your own number. On Basic and Professional it is an optional add-on at +€7 and +€10 per month.
What does the free trial include?
The full Basic plan: up to 100 messages, 1 Google Calendar, scheduling, client records and automatic reminders. It is the same product you will use afterwards, not a demo.
